When is it not possible to make a return?

The right to return goods is forfeited due to the lack of integrity of the goods, where SKINIUS ascertains  

- that the products are not intact, already used or opened 

- the absence of the case  

- the absence of elements that are part of the product  

- sealed packages that have been opened  

- the product is damaged  

- goods returned after the maximum return period

When can I make a return?

Download and fill in this form in duplicate: the first one you will send by email as an attachment to customer service and the second one you will have to insert in the package. 

The costs of returning the products are the responsibility of the customer, as required by law. Prepare the package with the product intact and sealed in its original packaging (ATTENTION: the product must not have been opened or used) and send it to the following address:

Once the withdrawal request has been received and accepted, SKINIUS will evaluate the conditions of the goods and will refund the full amount paid by the customer within 15 days. 

I have tried a product but unfortunately I am not happy with it. Can I return it?

No, unfortunately it is not possible to return or request a refund for a product that has already been opened or used. Perhaps, instead of not using it, you could write to us about the problems you are experiencing and we will try to help you. Write to us anytime at customerservice@skinius.it

I bought from the shop in Viale Teodorico. Where can I return it?

Returns can only be made at the shop in Viale Teodorico, presenting the receipt. The returned product must be intact and sealed in its original packaging directly at the shop. 

I bought in a pharmacy, parapharmacy or online on a pharmacy website. Where can I return it?

You may only return products to the point of sale/site where you made the purchase. For accounting and administrative reasons it is not possible for us to handle returns of products purchased from third party sales outlets or sites.
