How can I change my shipping address?

Once the order has been confirmed, it is no longer possible to change the shipping address. Please always check the shipping address before completing your order.  If you have any questions, please contact Customer Service at this email address customerservice@skinius.it

I have placed an order. When will it be shipped? 

You will receive a "handed over to the courier" email when your parcel leaves our warehouses and is picked up by Bartolini. After a few hours you will receive a second email with the tracking number directly from Bartolini.

What is my tracking number to track my shipment?

The tracking number is sent by email as soon as it is picked up by the courier. You will receive the email with the tracking number directly from the courier to whom we entrust the shipment.

I got the tracking number but it doesn't work. What should I do?

Tracking probably still has to be activated. Please try again after a few hours or the next day. If it is not activated within 24 hours, please contact us by email at customerservice@skinius.it.

My order is in stock, what should I do?

You can contact customerservice@skinius.it and we will help you reschedule your delivery. You can also contact the courier directly, contact details can be found in the dispatch notification email with order tracking code.

Is it possible to reduce contact with the courier when he delivers my parcel?

Yes. We have asked couriers to minimise contact with customers, for example by leaving parcels by the door and walking away to maintain a safe distance. Should it be necessary to check your identity, the courier will do this from a distance. If you cannot answer the door, you can also choose a safe place where the courier can leave your parcel.

Do you have collection points for shipping?

At the moment the Bartolini courier does not provide for the selection of lockers or support points when placing the order. You can select a Bartolini FERMOPOINT from the email you will have received with the shipment tracking.

How does bicycle delivery work?

If you are in Milan, our green delivery service is now available: delivery by bicycle. When completing your order, check if your postcode is served by this service and choose bicycle delivery for a more sustainable service.

How does in-store collection work?

If you are in Milan, you can choose to pick up your order at our SKINIUS Lounge shop in Viale Teodorico 25, near the Palazzo della Salute!

What are the shipping times?

For orders placed from Monday to Friday before 12:00 noon to Northern Italy, delivery times are usually between a minimum of 24 hours and a maximum of 72 hours. For Southern Italy and Sicily and Sardinia, delivery may take one or two additional days. The courier makes deliveries from Monday to Friday, during office hours, excluding public holidays. In the event of extraordinary events (for example, but not limited to: strikes, earthquakes, pandemics, demonstrations, etc.) we cannot guarantee delivery times. It is not possible to indicate the delivery time or day. We advise you to choose an address where you can be reached easily. The courier will try to deliver your order for three consecutive days, leaving a card with a telephone number to contact him again. After three delivery attempts the parcel will be returned to our warehouse.
