Our privacy policy

SKINIUS srl guarantees that any information provided for promotional purposes will be processed in keeping with Legislative Decree 196/2003. SKINIUS srl furthermore states that according to Legislative Decree 196/2003, user data provided when sending the purchase order and/or completing the invoice are excluded from the consent of the interested party since this information is obtained for taxation purposes provided for by EU law, regulations and legislation and, in any event, solely for the purpose of the obligations derived from the purchase order to which it is interested party and/or for the acquisition of the necessary contractual information, always and exclusively at the request of the latter (Article 24, Letters A, B, D. Legislative Decree 196/2003). Personal data may be communicated to persons responsible for the management of the service concerned and disseminated solely for the purposes of the service rendered (for example, the courier in charge of the transport of the goods).

Request to delete personal data

Personal data is collected in order to register the Customer and activate the procedures needed to execute this contract and any related communication; such data is processed electronically in accordance with the applicable laws and may be exhibited only at the request of the judicial authority or other authorities for this purpose by law. The person concerned enjoys the rights referred to in article 7 of legislative decree 196/2003, namely: to ask the SKINIUS srl head office for confirmation of the existence of their personal data; to be informed of the origin, logic and purpose of the processing of their data; to obtain updates, corrections, and integration; to request its deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking in case of illicit treatment; to oppose processing of their data for legitimate reasons or in the case of data used to send advertising, commercial information, market research, direct sales and interactive commercial communication. Deletion of your personal data is subject to the sending of written communication by post to the company's registered office. In any case, we are unable to remove any personal data from our archives before the statutory time limits, if it has been used to generate at least one sales invoice, as such data is excluded from the consent of the person concerned as it is solely collected and held for tax purposes provided for by EU law, regulations and legislation, and solely in order to allow the exact fulfilment of the obligations arising from the purchase order to which the Customer is party and/or for obtaining the necessary contractual information, always and exclusively at the request of the latter.
